Have now heard the song. It's great. (I've never heard the original - and don't really want to now). Seriously tempted to submit this for the podcast. A&A's parents must have the whitest record collection ever!

Oh, you should hear the original; it's really good. It was produced by Todd Rundgren right at the time he was also producing the first New York Dolls album. And the thing is, it is about GROUPIES, so it's interesting to see how A&A try to half-acknowledge and half-sidestep this fact.
