Not surprising that people with whom I pal around on message boards or trade emails that say "You've really got to hear _____, here's the link," or "I'll send you a duplicate promo copy of it" end up high on the affinity list. The two most interesting names on here are Josh Timmerman and Bill Lamb, since I don't know who they are, though maybe they pal around with me under other names.

Suppose I wrecked the curve there (forgot I voted for "Lose You," may not have made my P&J list). Though to be fair, I think that "Not Like That" and "See You Again" and Armato/James were required TEENPOPICONOCLAST pix.

Well, it still hasn't peaked on the charts, so I think some people will be voting it next year. skyecaptain and I were the only people to vote it this year on Idolator, though it got more people on poptimists. At Idolator Chris Willman voted for Miley's "G.N.O. (Girls Night Out)," which is as great a song but not as great a performance.

This is like asking me whether I count stuff in my Top 60 in my Top 40, or something. There are a whole shitload of people who got two affinities. Adam Graham, Mikael Wood, Chris Herrington, Chris Neal, Kandia Crazy Horse, etc. etc. But anyway, Tucker, who, besides voting for Aly & A.J. (whom he reviewed on NPR) and Miranda, also voted a couple tracks that were in my Top 20 ("Umbrella" and "Piece Of Me") and a track that made my country critics ballot (Sarah Johns' "The One In The Middle"). He's a critic from way back, wrote for the Voice back in the Xgau day.
