Lil Wayne ft. Eminem "Drop The World": The rapping verse is slow and emo in front of bubbly pretty plinks, standard moodiness, "You keep the sunshine, save me the rain," except Wayne can't help sounding half cheerful even when he's not. Then the chorus rocks in and slays it: dark and beautiful and punk, something I'd expect from Transplants, wasn't expecting it from Wayne. I'm on my fifth play and I love it. Eminem briefly sings and is terrible, is stronger rapping though the rhymes are nothing, but then Wayne and chorus rescue us by promising to drop the world on our fuckin' head. TICK.
