Couple more: Dirty Rabbits (post-Bjorky/Siouxsie-ish bubble-goth metal) and Liechtenstein (Kleenex/Lilliput revivalists) are assisted by having put out very short albums that might technically be EPs; both have catchy songs, though. And I talked about Mike And The Ravens, who are either an art band or boogie band or both, on the ILM Rolling Hard Rock thread.
