I'm afraid I don't know enough about Korean netizen culture or Korean anything to know how much of a scandal this will be, or whether simply reading Ilbe for opinions on K-Pop (if that's what they were doing) "deserves" to be an issue. Certainly, thanking Ilbe members for supporting you (as the CEO allegedly did in another tweet) will prompt netizens to think that you might share their political views.
