With the video for reference, you can see two (at least) layers to the song - the layer that's a commodified version of mental illness for the entertainment of the audience, now the moonlight is hitting just right and I'm crazy in love with you, etc etc, kind of standard Kpop stuff. And also the layer that's sung from the perspective of his stalker. So now Heo Young Saeng is riling up the fanbase and showing the terrifying result of that at the same time. I feel really sorry for him.
