What hits me about the performance is not that they had the idea for Little T-ara and then cancelled, but that they (whoever "they" are) decided to prerecord for M! Countdown rather than perform live — and then have CCM give what seems to be yet another in a string of unbelievable explanations, claiming that this was not due to a fear of backlash. I'm a little hesitant in my judgment here: I don't trust the entertainment sites to report accurately or completely (also don't trust allkpop to translate accurately), and I don't know the standard procedure for M! Countdown. CCM seems to be saying that on M! Countdown prerecording is frequent practice; whether or not this is true, it's beside the point. At least it seems that way to me, in my ignorance of what's understood about M! Countdown. Any decision not to go live is going to seem fear-based. Even if every other performance on M! Countdown is prerecorded, people are going to want to see T-ara live. And not performing live is going to seem like cowardice. I'd think this would be understood. How can it not be?

A touch of hesitance on my part, but I feel justified in thinking that CCM's understanding of the world it's living in is even worse than my understanding of the world CCM is living in.

Do T-ara perform live tomorrow on Music Bank? Am I right in thinking that they have no choice but to perform live?
