Maybe they're dumb PhDs. (Actually, I quite liked the Counting Crows' big hit from way back when, the one that sounded like Van Morrison*, and that's pretty much all I've ever heard by them.)

*Though for all I know, every song of theirs sounds like Van Morrison.
